And then again, thousands years passed before submitting something in my gallery!!! xD I've been so busy with work, so please, people waiting for my photoshop coloring tutorial, wait a little longer , this drawing itself was an escape from work and a pretty good experiment without drawing manga style xD
For those who don't know her, she's la Catrina, well known because of José Guadalupe Posada, a famous mexican illustrator, for more information: [link] , [link] , and now la catrina is one symbol of the Day od the Dead festivity. The flower is a cempaxóchitl, another symbol for the Day of the Dead
This was supposed to be a fullcolor illustration, but I don't have even the time for that, so I simply tryed to make some inks, but I really suck at inking, ugh! So at last, for not uploading the drawing so flat, added some color and background, of course, highly influenced by ~bloodypepper
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
