Why humans cant see fairies by SaiyaGina Why humans cant see fairies by SaiyaGina
Wow, after a long time, I finally got some time to spare on myself! and wanted to do something good, but... this is the first thing that popped in my head that time! xD, it's a weirdo thing but... let me explain with this story that I'm just about to invent:

Cats are very greedy and jealous of magical creatures, so they're always in hunt for some magic for themselves, by eating those creatures.

So... Why we humans cant see fairies?
Because cats find them first.

Maybe you can recall of their nine lives and their alliance with witches.

Ok! Another of my super lame stories so don't read! xD, but hell yeah this was relaxing =3=

The details are here: [link]

Hmm, to be honest, I don't think cats are jealous/greedy creatures. They are natural predators, so if they were hungry or wanted to provide for their family, and they found a fairy, (which would probably remind them of a mouse/moth/bird in size), they'd try to catch it. However, cats just want food to live on, a family to live with, and a home to curl up in. They're not very needy animals, and wouldn't go out of their way to kill a fairy just because it is magic.
So, no cat-murdering necessary to save fairies. *cuddles cats* I love cats, and also love fairies. *cuddles fairies too* xD I also LOVE this picture, the colors and style are perfect and whimsical! *cuddles this picture*

Maybe the kitty will let it slide this one time and lets them go?

Cats are never greedy or jealous, they're way too perfect of a species to ever stoop to  such low levels   That must be a human dressed as a cat.  Humans are the only species that I know that could kill a fairy as they destroy much of the most beautiful things in the world for pleasure.

Well, my cat sure did have a good time torturing a mouse for fun before he killed it. I mean, it'd been an hour and he hadn't killed it last I saw. He was just playing with it and biting it, and pretending he didn't see it before smacking it with his paw. He was having such a grand time that I felt bad for the mouse. He didn't even eat it after he killed it. He left it at my backdoor as a present. So...I'm going to say he was destroying that mouse for pleasure. The same goes with how he bats around spiders and moths before eating them--and, well, just about anything else smaller than him that he can attack.

So, I think a cat would probably not mind eating fairies if they did exist and were that small.

I see why u have determined that, but in all fairness to your kitty; i have learned that cats bat them senseless for a reason and that's to be sure that they stun them so much that their victims don't have a chance to bite them back..that's truly the reason and ur right, it does appear that they're having fun with em  ~

As fairies go, I'll stand by you since  it is ur story LOL   So glad u replied, I wanted to go back to fav that and then got sidetracked ..New fan here  xD <3

A normal cat would only catch a fairy with about the frequency with which they catch birds.  I think the fairies are actually hiding because they have natural cloaking devices or something.  83
