Splashity splash!

I was invited to be part of this collectable card set called Beauty and the Myth, on which there are a lot of mythical creatures with gorgeous women!

I didn't have much to choose from, but I got Hippocampus! My original take was to make it with soft shading, but I didn't have the time so I switched to a low color palette
I also liked the girl, she reminds me of Marina from Saber Marionette
